This legal notice covers k-jang.com. The other services of k-jang OG, koreanischkurs.com with its subdomains and hyunokjang.com, carry their own.
Applicable law
Disclosures under § 5 E-Commerce-Gesetz, § 14 Unternehmensgesetzbuch and § 25 Mediengesetz. The statutes are available through the legal information system of the Republic of Austria, ris.bka.gv.at.
k-jang OG holds no trade licence: its activity is teaching, which § 2 Abs 1 Z 12 of the Austrian Trade Act excludes from that act's scope. There is therefore no chamber membership either.
Editorial direction
k-jang.com is the company website of k-jang OG. It presents what the company offers around learning Korean and points to the relevant sites. It sells nothing itself and publishes no editorial content.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a question or a complaint, write to us directly. A person answers.
